i watched the kids on monday morning and thought i'd give this a try. overall we liked it-especially after we added chocolate flavored syrup (don't think "hershey's") and squirty cream (don't think "cool whip"). gwyneth was the only one who wouldn't touch it or taste it.

You are so good to do nice things like that for your kids. i never would have thought of snow cream. of course, we don't get enough snow for that...

Today Adelyn said "Monday is going to be an exciting day, because Gwyneth is turning 2 and Ezra is turning 1!" Happy Early Birthday, little Gwyn!
